PSS And Its Whole Wardrobe Applied Research In Design

As a necessity of living space and environment,furniture plays a very important role in people's life.With the improvement of material conditions,people pay more and more attention to furniture,and pay special attention to whether furniture can meet people's needs.This requires more attention to the emotional needs of consumers when developing furniture products.Based on product service system(PSS),this paper studies the design form of wardrobe as a whole.Cluster analysis,semantics difference analysis and multi-dimensional scale analysis are used to study the relationship among the form elements,material elements and wardrobe components of wardrobe as a whole.The perceptual images of wardrobe samples are quantified by semantics difference method,and the whole wardrobe is developed for customers and designers.Emotional Design Assistant System for Body Wardrobe.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Established a multiple linear regression model between the overall wardrobe form,material elements and various perceptual images,providing a data model for the development of the overall wardrobe design support system.(2)Developed a complete wardrobe design system for customers and designers based on product service systems.(3)The form factor of the overall wardrobe,the main material element table and the sample form of the 51 overall wardrobes were constructed.(4)The morphological elements of the overall wardrobe,the 40 vocabulary of the perceptual image of the main material elements,and the 231 catalogue of sensible imagery are constructed.(5)Systematic development and research on the parts and door panels of the whole wardrobe,providing a more detailed data source for the design assistance system.(6)Based on the existing PSS theory application and theoretical research on the overall wardrobe design,it is pointed out that customer demand is a key issue that the product service system urgently needs to solve.Product orientation and utility orientation are the core theories applicable to the overall wardrobe product servicesystem.
