Research On Integrated Stove Product Design Based On User Experience

With the continuous development of society and the continuous strengthening of people’s concept of consumption.People’s requirements for products are not limited to the basic functions of products,but to pursue a more user-friendly,safe and comfortable experience.As a new kitchen electrical product at the beginning of the 21 st century,the integrated cooker itself has certain product advantages.At present,the design of integrated cooker products is more considered from the perspective of engineering technology or product functions,but the research on user experience is relatively scarce.The purpose of this paper is to apply the user experience design theory to the product design of the integrated cooker,to explore the user experience design principles suitable for the integrated cooker products,and to guide the final design practice of the integrated cooker products.So as to promote the product design of the integrated stove to change from engineering technology to user experience-driven.First of all,based on the study of the product feature elements and user experience design theory of the integrated cooker,this paper explores the behavior and needs of the target users through questionnaires,interviews,behavior observation and market visits.from the analysis of user behavior and demand,it is concluded that the flame feedback is not intuitive enough,the operation interface is too scattered,the bottom product is inconvenient to operate and forget to turn off the fire.And the pain points and needs of users are summarized as product hardware requirements and product software requirements,and the specific functions of the product are defined through the corresponding requirements.Then,combined with the user experience design theory and the product characteristics of the integrated stove,this paper puts forward the product design principle of the integrated cooker based on user experience.the principle is discussed from five aspects: importance principle,guidance principle,behavior principle,ease of use principle and emotional principle.Finally,the above design principles are refined into design strategies and corresponding to the hardware and software of the integrated cooker products.Finally,based on the proposed design principles,the product design practice of the integrated stove is carried out,the design is carried out from two aspects of the hardware operation and software use of the product,and the scheme is improved through the prototype evaluation of product information interaction.the feasibility of the integrated cooker product design principle proposed in this paper is verified.
