| With the improvement of domestic economic level and living environment, and the change of residents’ living style and consumption concept, the integrated cabinet still has marketing demand and promising developing market.The research was based on digital manufacturing technology of the integrated cabinet production conditions, taken Oppein as the research object, and the method of process analysis was used, analyzed the processes of integrated cabinet and the components of cabinet, and the corresponding process improvement measures were mentioned; used the method of procedure analysis and layout analysis, analyzed the equipment configuration and layout planning of integrated cabinet workshop, and the optimization schemes of the equipment configuration and workshop layout were mentioned, and the general rules of the integrated cabinet workshop layout planning were discussed. In order to provide reference for the improvement of the production efficiency of the large scale enterprise of the integrated cabinet.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:1. The processing technology:Inspection items should be added in the process of cutting, edge banding, checking, drilling, slotting. The standard of inspection process and rework process, incentives mechanism of mutual check should be added. After the process of cutting, plate should be stacked on the plate transport line with the size classification. An examination item of the dimension should be increased in the plate checking process. A check and option item is required before the plate drilling process. The plate shape, double sided drilling and slotting processing identification should be existed in panel label. The quality inspection process and the packaging process of the back plate should be combined.2. The workshop layout:A main channel and the maintenance area of plate transport vehicle should be put at the left and right sides in the workshop, and the different transport routes of qualified plate, nonconforming plate, transport vehicle should be planned. The same process equipments or work station should be unified and centralized, and the layout of workshop production line should maintain symmetry, and the operator’s repeated labor, mobile distance should be reduced. The common raw materials, tools and table should be placed in the middle of the workshop. The material transportation route should be vertical, and the lateral transportation should be decreased in the workshop. |
