| In the era of network information and knowledge economy,most enterprise archives have developed into digital archives after the development of traditional human resources and various types of Internet technology,showing characteristics including powerful information storage,advanced technology,interconnection and integration.This development makes people prefer to access resources through information networks.In this case,the physical archives can no longer meet the needs of users,which impels more and more enterprises to set up digital archives.The users of enterprises archives play an important role in the development of enterprises,so satisfying the needs of users has become an important part of the digital archive work of enterprises.In this paper,in order to ensure the construction quality and requirement integrity and trace ability of H group archives management system based on user needs,combining field investigation method to analyze the current service situation of H group digital archives and using service function introduction of digital archives system,the author studied the utilization service of H group digital archives based on user requirements through the combination of own experience,research and face to face interview.On the one hand,through field investigation,problems are found in H Group’s digital archives in database service,information consulting service,system management service and comprehensive utilization service.On the other hand,current situation of H Group’s digital archive service utilization is analyzed through face-to-face interview.The basic information of the interviewee and his department,the service function of the interviewee,the resource service of the enterprise digital archive room based on user demand and the overall situation of the service platform of the enterprise digital archive room are analyzed.This paper combines the results of field survey and face-to-face interview,revealing that H Group’s digital archive service has problems in concept,system function design,user experience and user education,which reflects low utilization service level of H Group’s digital archive.Then according to the existing problems and combined with the National Archives Administration and relevant ministries and commissions for the information construction of archives management,H Group digital archives service concept based on user demand was proposed;The service functions of H Group’s digital archive system was optimized;The personalized,efficient,operable and rational requirements of H Group digital archive users were defined;Training that deepen user education was provided,so as to improve users’ experience in using digital archives and services,build enterprise digital archives in line with the characteristics of H Group,and provide impetus for the development of the company’s information. |
