Research On The Development Strategy Of Inner Mongolia JY Cement Company

Cement industry is the main industry supporting the national infrastructure construction,is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood of the real economic form.But the cement industry itself has the characteristics of consuming natural resources,high energy consumption and extensive development,which belongs to the national restricted industry.In the context of the national supply-side structural reform,cement enterprises need to adapt to the development situation,think deeply and formulate strategies suitable for the long-term development of enterprises,change the development mode,establish the development concept of green and environmental protection,combine with advanced technology at home and abroad,and plan the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the above situation,this paper takes Inner Mongolia JY Cement Company as the research subject,uses the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise development strategy,and on the basis of meticulously sorting out the development history and current situation of the enterprise,collects the information of industry development policy and competition situation,and through Porter’s "Five Force" model and PEST analysis and other theoretical methods,In-depth analysis of the internal conditions of the enterprise,its own strengths and weaknesses,at the same time to the enterprise’s external environment,the opportunities and threats faced by the carding analysis,through the analysis and deduction of the development strategy in line with the actual enterprise.From two dimensions of growth strategy and competition strategy,the integration of growth strategy and low-cost competition strategy are implemented.The integration strategy mainly includes backward integration,forward integration,horizontal integration and other key contents,while the low cost strategy mainly includes comprehensive technological innovation,building a full-staff culture of cost reduction,and preventing safety,environmental protection and quality risks.The strategy implementation path and safeguard measures are defined to promote the company to achieve green and high-quality development and become a first-class modern green cement factory in China.It is hoped that through the thinking and research on the development strategy of Inner Mongolia JY Cement Company,the enterprise can make clear the future development direction and goals,determine the key points and measures of strategy implementation,and also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
