Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of Chemical Industry Park Under The Background Of Mu Jun On Heroes ——A Case Study Of Shangyu Economic And Technological Development Zone In Hangzhou Bay

At present,my country’s economy and society have gradually entered the “new normal”from development.In the process of the “new normal”,the economy has shifted from extensional growth to structural adjustment and refined development.The economic and technological development zone is an important carrier for industrial transformation.Under the downward pressure of the economy,the traditional manufacturing economic and technological development zone is facing the dual pressure of industrial transformation and the overall transformation of the park.From the perspective of industrial structure optimization,on the one hand,it is necessary to introduce new high-quality industries in economic development zones and adjust the industrial structure.The development of“manufacturing” into “creation” and the organic integration of urban service functions can solve the misunderstanding that the development zone is purely pursuing industrial transformation or the urban function of the park.Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone has been developed for more than 20 years since its establishment in 1998,and it has taken the embryonic form of a specialized petrochemical cluster.However,with the rapid development of the economy and society and the introduction of the heroic policy on the equalization of acres,the park is also faced with insufficient industrial chain development,unreasonable spatial layout,insufficient innovation ability,insufficient scientific research investment,extensive management and modern management during the development process.The enterprise system has not been formed,there are many problems such as lack of talents and high labor costs.Therefore,it is urgent to fundamentally solve the problems faced by the park and promote the transformation and upgrading of the park.From the perspective of industrial upgrading theory,this study uses case analysis,literature research,and survey methods to carry out case studies on Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone.The study found that under the background of Mu Jun on Heroes,chemical parks must adhere to industry leadership,continue to exert efforts in industrial clusters,adhere to open innovation,multi-pronged approach to investment promotion,adhere to platform construction,contribute to industrial development,and create the best Good business environment.
