According to the current textile machinery drawing frame market research found that companies tend to take a fancy to the quality and performance of mechanical equipment,is committed to upgrading the technology level,thus make the drawing frame equipment form multifarious,its function,structure,and can not be unified modelling fusion,disorderly and different style is more conducive to marketing promotion of the market,is difficult to establish brand image.To solve these problems,in order to JWF1317 drawing frame design as an example,through to the current textile machinery design at home and abroad and the research of the related studies,this paper expounds the main problems of domestic textile machinery enterprises drawing frame,around the main problem first illustrates the industrial design plays an important part in textile machinery and equipment design,and discusses how to combine the enterprise actual production building design method of equipment system,improve the image of the equipment model.Firstly,through field research and on-site communication with relevant technicians,the design experience of drawing frame is summarized and 16 design related factors are divided.Principal component analysis(PCA)is adopted to objectively describe 25 textile machinery and equipment samples that have been actually produced in mass production according to 16 design factors and the standardized method of language attribute value.Qualitative description language is converted into quantitative indicators,and the index factors that repeatedly cross information are eliminated to obtain 9 most important design factors.Then,the key points of the frame design of the drawing frame are extracted by obtaining the information of user requirements.The improved fuzzy Kano model is adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on the product in combination with the design factor indicators.The results are calculated and the data are processed to analyze the customer satisfaction of the product,and the design points for optimal design are proposed.Then according to the methods and production requirements adopted in the design practice of "JWF1317 Drawing frame Industrial Design modeling and Research" project of Shenyang Hongda Textile Machinery Co.,LTD.,combined with man-machine engineering theory,aesthetic design principles,correlation analysis of structure and form design and other theoretical methods,the appearance modeling of drawing frame was optimized and improved to make its shape and structure more harmonious and unified,and improve the practicality,aesthetics and rationality of drawing frame modeling design.Finally,the design scheme is compared and evaluated reasonably according to the theory and method of mathematical multi-attribute decision making.First through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine each index's subjective weight vector,and then use of entropy method to calculate the information entropy of each index and calculating the objective weights,and then adopt the method of linear weighting of each factor in drawing frame base layer correlation coefficient of the combination of subjective and objective weights,which combined with grey relation analysis(GRA)is calculated for each solution and the optimal scheme of correlation degree,realize the prioritization of each scheme,select the optimum design scheme of conform to the enterprise development strategy.Final design practice has proved that the textile machinery industry experts and the actual operation personnel in accordance with the requirements of safety,easy processing,low cost and so on to make the actual selection and based on AHP and entropy weight method and weighted grey correlation analysis method of drawing frame design evaluation model of the evaluation result is the same,verified the rationality,effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation model.
