| In recent years, with the introduction and development of industrial design, more and more enterprises in China gradually attach importance to industrial design and bring new breakthroughs and opportunities for products through the integration of design+imiovation, design+brand, design+culture and other modes.Among them,in the textile machinery and equipment industry, due to the fierce competition in the domestic and international market, many brands are seeking new breakthroughs in brand image and product shape design while seeking functional and performance improvement.According to the current situation of textile machinery market, this paper focuses on how to improve the integrity and rationality of textile machinery appearance and interior designBased on the investigation and Research on the design status and correlation of textile machinery products at home and abroad, this paper expounds the importance of integrated design of textile machinery appearance, cabin interior, and uses the method of comparative analysis to conduct in-depth analysis to find the breakthrough point of design research. In the research,it is found that the key to the integration of textile machinery design is the integration of design elements and the correlation between them. Therefore, the CMF design concept is introduced.Based on the original design, the brand design elements suitable for appearance modeling and cabin interior overall design are established, and the appearance of textile machinery drawing frame is also introduced.Modeling and cabin interior design practice, while in practice using relevant design research methods and user feedback to improve the design, improve the drawing machine modelling design rationality and ease of use. After the prototype design practice,it is verified that the unification of elements, functions and human-machine services is conducive to improving the integrity of textile machinery appearance and interior design. At the same time, the integration of CMF design concept also brings new breakthroughs to the design of the textile machinery industry. |
