CMF Is Applied To The Modeling Design And Research Of Small Carding Machine

CMF design is usually the last process of product structure design,based on the traditional ID design completed product structure modeling based on the product color(C),material(M),processing process(F)of the special design system and design methods,it is to enhance the emotional expression of products and visual aesthetic effects of an important link,can be said to be one of the most concerned about modern product design.This paper first combs the principles and methods that CMF theory development and design should follow,clarifies the relationship between design principle,user demand,function demand,aesthetic demand and modeling design,and then combines the cm F theory with the comprehensive application of textile machinery market trends,puts forward the CMF-based design method and actual case design;Obtain the emotional law between the sample and the image words,and according to these laws reflect the characteristics of the auxiliary CMF sensibility semantics into the shape design elements of the combing machine to guide the new product modeling design,in order to obtain the practical training workshop textile machinery re-design design examples under the guidance of CMF theory.The design works take the textile machinery appearance improvement design as an example,through the comparative analysis of the user’s physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics to guide the design direction,from the form,color,material,picture four aspects of the use of gold ratio and formal beauty law design improvement,so as to enhance the overall beauty of the combing machine structure,improve the textile machinery training equipment operating experience,and enhance the visual aesthetic culture.
