Human resource management is an integral part of modern enterprise management,it is the most valuable resource in the enterprise resources,all the activities of enterprises need to rely on human to accomplish,human resource management in enterprises is particularly important and urgent,it even relations with the enterprise's survival and development.In human resources management,compensation management is the most core part,an enterprise with perfect compensation management system can improve enterprise efficiency,promote the staff's work enthusiasm so that an enterprise may obtain long-term development,the enterprise must set up a good salary management system to gain a lasting competitive advantage in the fierce competition.In this paper,through literature,survey,statistical analysis and other analysis methods,Yanchang Petroleum Jingbian oil extraction plant in shaanxi province as the research object,we analyses the current status of salary management,and find the main the following five problems: first,the performance standards are inadequate;Second,the compensation function is not perfect;Third,the mode of compensation distribution is single;Fourth,the welfare system is inflexible;Fifth,contribution and remuneration are not equal.Based on its current compensation management problems that exist in the process to Yanchang oilfield co.,LTD.,we develop a scientific design method of compensation,which is improved from six aspects: job salary,performance salary,working age salary,allowance and subsidy,bonus,and welfare.A more rationalized compensation management system was redesigned for it.In the end,this paper puts forward safeguard measures for perfecting the remuneration management of Yanchang Petroleum Jingbian Oil Production Plant,from improving management's attention,increasing employee participation,establishing a sound performance evaluation system,doing other human resource reform work,strengthening corporate culture construction,Make dynamic adjustments and implement monitoring.Seven aspects to ensure the implementation of the remuneration reform for the Yanbian Petroleum Jingbian Oil Production Plant in Shaanxi Province,so as to lay a good internal foundation for reducing the cost of enterprises,improving the competitiveness of enterprises,and finally achieving the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and to some extent it provides some reference for the reform of the state-owned enterprises' salary system in our country.
