In the 21 st century,enterprises are faced with changes in market demand and intensified market competition.Capital is the bottleneck for industries that are in competition and development,and human capital is one of the most important assets owned by companies.compensation management is one of the important tools for mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and faces many severe challenges in the new era.Ancai High-Tech Company is a national key high-tech enterprise.Since the reform in 2009,the compensation management system has lacked innovation,and it has gradually become incompatible with the company's development strategy.The overall employee compensation is not satisfactory,and how to attract talents and retain talents and motivate talents through a scientific and effective compensation management system are the most important and urgent problems for Ancai Hi-tech Company.This paper through the analysis of literature analysis,interviews and questionnaire survey methods,the company's compensation management system of Ancai high-tech company's status and optimization in-depth analysis and discussion.First,it summarizes and analyzes the existing studies on domestic and foreign compensation management,and establishes a solid theoretical basis.Secondly,the status of compensation management of employees of Ancai Hi-Tech Company was introduced.Based on the thorough investigation of Ancai Hi-Tech Company,we analyzed the overall situation,organizational structure,and human resources and pay management system of Ancai Hi-Tech Company.In addition,the employees of Ancai Hi-Tech Company were selected as the research object,and a compensation satisfaction questionnaire was issued to investigate the employee's satisfaction with the company's compensation.Again,based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results and the actual situation of the company,it is found that the company's compensation management has problems in the compensation level,compensation structure,incentive allocation of compensation distribution and compensation management system,and then the reasons for the existence of the problem were analyzed in terms of lack of the compensation policy and matching assessment system and incentives and other aspects.Based on the above research results,the concept of total reward was introduced,and the compensation management system of Ancai High-tech Company was optimized based on the principles of market regulation and government supervision,strategic remuneration management,diversification,fairness,and implicit compensation for compensation management design.An optimization plan for the compensation management system of Ancai Hi-tech Company was designed.Finally,from the aspects of organization,system,culture,and communication mechanism,we put forward institutional guarantees for the optimization plan of the compensation management system so as to realize the smooth implementation of the optimization plan and truly realize the strategic role and incentive role of the compensation management to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and helps achieve business goals.This paper,combined with modern thinking and technology,can solve the problem of matching and incentives between the compensation management system and the company's strategy of Ancai High-tech.It also has implications for similar companies in the same industry.
