University laboratories are important places for teaching and scientific research.With the continuous improvement of the scientific research level of university laboratories,the types and quantities of toxic,harmful,flammable,explosive,and corrosive chemicals required for experiments are also increasing.Ensuring the safe use,storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities,and promoting the centralized and unified management of hazardous chemicals have become an important part of the management of college laboratories.This paper investigates the types,reserves,and management systems of hazardous chemicals in a university in Shandong Province.According to the use and management status of hazardous chemicals,an innovative idea of "separation of storage and use,scientific division,and intelligent management" is proposed,and a model is designed.The ecological storage box for hazardous chemicals with strong flexibility,high degree of self-control,and intelligent management meets the goal of hazardous chemicals according to physical and chemical properties,storage environment partitions,classified storage,and automatic adjustment of temperature,humidity and concentration of hazardous chemicals in the storage box,ensuring Safe storage of hazardous chemicals.This article first consults the research results of hazardous chemicals at home and abroad,and introduces the definition and classification of hazardous chemicals.A summary analysis of the amount,reserve,type,frequency of use,etc.of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities,as well as management measures in the use,storage,and disposal of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities,to clarify the current status of the use,storage and management of hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities.According to the survey data,the ecological storage box for hazardous chemicals is designed from the perspectives of spatial layout,airflow organization form,control system,etc.The storage box is flexible in transportation and separated from storage and use;monitoring and management of the entire process of hazardous chemicals;built-in The air-conditioning temperature and humidity control system and concentration monitoring and alarm system not only realize the automatic adjustment of the temperature and humidity in the box,but also meet the requirements of long-term storage and energy saving of hazardous chemicals;it can also monitor the occurrence of leakage accidents and realize the automatic and rapid emission of polluted gases.The method of numerical simulation is used to study the influence of the air organization form on the temperature field and velocity field in the ecological storage box of hazardous chemicals,and the optimized air distribution plan of the ecological storage box of hazardous chemicals is obtained,which realizes the temperature division and the same space in the storage box.The goal of common storage of hazardous chemicals with different storage requirements.Further study the changing law of the concentration of hazardous chemicals under different air distribution forms,and design a reasonable air distribution plan in the ecological box.According to the physical and chemical properties and hazards of the hazardous chemicals in the storage box,the storage area is further subdivided,Which not only improves the air quality in the storage tank and the stability of the nature of hazardous chemicals,but also facilitates the rapid discharge of polluted gases after an accident.The new model of hazardous chemical use,storage and disposal management around the ecological storage box not only provides innovative hazardous chemical storage equipment for the safety management of college laboratories,but also further improves the hazardous chemical management system of colleges and universities.
