Dangerous chemicals are highly toxic, explosive, and flammable. If they leak during storage and use, they will easily lead to major accidents such as fire, explosion, and large-scale poisoning, resulting in serious casualties, property losses, and environmental pollution.as a result of.Environmental risk assessment for hazardous chemical enterprises and the formation of environmental risk management measures not only provide guarantee and guidance for the normal production and operation of enterprises, but also have great significance for social stability and environmental and ecological safety. This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the commonly used environmental risk assessment methods, and summarizes the environmental risk factors that may exist in hazardous chemical enterprises. On this basis, referring to relevant literature and standard guidelines, starting from the three aspects of risk source, risk receptor, and risk control and prevention measures, the catastrophe theory is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of environmental risks, and the weight of each risk index is calculated by the expert survey method.Rank the importance of the indicators, and establish an environmental risk assessment system for hazardous chemical enterprises based on the catastrophe theory,so as to scientifically and objectively evaluate the environmental risk of hazardous chemical enterprises and obtain the environmental risk level of the enterprise.A risk accident consequence simulation method based on regional quantitative risk assessment is studied and analyzed, and an accident consequence risk assessment program based on software simulation is established, which can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the risk of leakage accident consequences of hazardous chemicals enterprises.A hazardous chemical enterprise in Jinghai District,Tianjin was selected as a case for verification.Statistically surveyed the company’s natural conditions, the surrounding environment, the company’s production process equipment overview, the company’s risk control and prevention overview, and other enterprise conditions, and based on this, the indicators were assigned scores, and the corresponding scores of each index were substituted into the evaluation system model to calculate, combined with the revised risk classification standard of the catastrophe theory, the environmental risk level of the enterprise is "higher".In addition, the company conducted a risk assessment of leakage accident consequences based on quantitative risk assessment of major hazard source areas, simulated possible leakage accident scenarios, calculated and analyzed the scope of the accident, and drawn individual and social risk curves. Finally, based on the evaluation results, reasonable plans and suggestions are put forward for the environmental risk management measures of hazardous chemical enterprises and emergency management methods for environmental emergencies. |
