| At present,the safe production monitoring of hazardous chemical warehouses mainly uses conventional parameters such as temperature,humidity,pressure,etc.,and sets a single parameter threshold to achieve alarm.However,there is a lack of real-time monitoring,evaluation and early warning of the overall safety status of hazardous chemical storage.The influence of multi-parameter coupling on safety production is not considered,and the multi-parameter early warning model is lacking.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop a safe state monitoring and early warning system for the storage of hazardous chemicals.The paper comprehensively analyzes many factors that affect the safety of hazardous chemicals storage and finally focus on three dimensions,which include human behavior,the state of things,and environmental factors.From above three dimensions,the paper select three dynamic variables to define the safe state of the storage of hazardous chemicals,including the safety distance between the stacks,the infrared temperature of the stack,and the ambient temperature of the warehouse.Using the explosion mechanism model of hazardous chemicals and the analytic hierarchy process,the hazard probability and weight of each safe state variable are calculated.Based on the hazard probability and weight,a multi-parameter fusion real-time dynamic early-warning model of dangerous goods storage safety status was established,and early warning evaluation criteria were proposed.The paper develops a monitoring and early warning system for the storage of hazardous chemicals.The system uses MFC framework,Open GL image library,My SQL database to build software architecture,achieve visualization and database management.System function modules mainly include data collection,scene monitoring,warehouse management,information query,security status warning and so on.The data collection module uses Zig Bee technology and ultra-wideband indoor positioning technology to achieve real-time collection of warehouse environmental temperature,humidity,oxygen concentration,hazardous chemical stacking safety distance,infrared temperature and other parameters.The scene monitoring module uses cargo positioning data and three-dimensional reconstruction technology to restore the hazardous chemical goods stacking process in real time,visualize the warehouse stacking scene,and monitor the stacking safety distance in real time.The warehouse management and information query module can query the relevant parameters,packaging methods and dimensions of the goods in real time.The safe state early warning module realizes the real-time monitoring of the overall safe state of the hazardous chemical storage based on the safe state early warning model.The study in the thesis indicates that the system can display the monitoring parameters in real time and restore the changes of hazardous chemical stacking safety distance.The system displays the risk level of the storage safety status in real time,effectively realizing the monitoring and early warning of the storage safety status of hazardous chemicals,and improving the safety of the storage of hazardous chemicals. |
