| The important improvement and optimization of supply chain management is one of the effective ways to improve the key of enterprises.With the rapid development of economic globalization,the pressure of manufacturing industry is increasing,and the change of labor cost,material cost and customer market demand puts forward higher requirements for enterprises.Company need to continually improve competitiveness;promptly respond to our customer’s demand;to win more market share.Continuous improvement is a constant theme in the management development of our various enterprises in different fields.We take YS Sporting Goods Company as the r Survey unit to implement relevant research.Starting from the current situation of YS sporting goods supply chain,this paper analyzes several aspects that can be improved and optimized from the aspects of sales,planning and forecasting,procurement,production management and logistics.Find out the appropriate demand forecasting method for YS Company,and use the time series model of qualitative forecasting method to do data analysis.Through our monthly and weekly data analysis,and each customer’s order situation analysis,used the simple moving average method,the weighted moving average method,an exponential smoothing method and quadratic exponential smoothing model data,find out the least mean absolute percentage error solution,and thus determine the demand forecasting method.Then we use the focused forecasting approach to manage the finished goods inventory setting and produce part of the finished goods inventory in advance in the off-season to meet the shipping order requirements in the peak season.According to the plan forecast analysis,decomposition to the company of each production workshop plan forecast,arrange material inventory management,choosing the ABC classification to find out the important materials,we should accord to the history data and production capacity,to identify a safety stock dosage,through the ERP system when below the safety stock quantity to trigger procurement requirements,to ensure that the company keep a safety stock of raw materials,as to make sure the normal process of production.Then from the aspects of lean logistics,analysis and distribution of goods at present,the company logistics provider,through the way of CPFR,coordination,planning,forecasting and replenishment from these aspects,in the logistics distribution link form a circle of replenishment,to ensure the smooth logistics,change the original distribution,scientific and reasonable distribution vehicle volume calculation,maximize the use of the vehicle,the most economic and effective.And achieved initial cost saving.Finally,the paper summarizes the overall situation of YS supply chain improvement research and analysis,the difficulties encountered in the implementation of this project,and the direction of continuous improvement in the future. |
