With the continuous progress and development of human society,human resource management has gradually become the core of enterprise management,and the level of human resource management has gradually become the key to whether enterprises can gain competitive advantage and sustainable development.Human resource training has become a powerful weapon for enterprises to cultivate core competitiveness.As a state-owned enterprise with more than 40 years of history,GD Petroleum Company must stimulate the vitality of its talents and attach importance to the training management of its employees.This paper analyzes and studies the GD oil company employee training as a proposition.It is hoped that through the research on employee training management,it is possible to optimize and improve the existing problems in the training of GD Petroleum Company employees,and to improve the staff structure of GD Petroleum Company.1.The paper introduces the background and research significance of the research on human resource management of GD Petroleum Company,analyzes the current theoretical research status of human resource management and human resource training management at home and abroad,and expounds the main content and technical route of the research.method.Taking enterprise employee training as the basis of theoretical research.2.Review the history of oil companies and the general situation of enterprises,and explain the differences in the structure and industry of GD oil companies and private and non-oil companies.3.Through the research on the status quo of employee training management of GD Petroleum Company,combined with the previous accident cases of GD Petroleum Company,we found various problems in the management of employee training of GD Petroleum Company at this stage.4.As the focus of this paper,in light of the existing problems,combined with the industry specificity and personnel structure of GD Petroleum Company,from the training emphasis,training plan and training management,training needs and effect evaluation analysis,optimization of training talent structure,training of international In the aspects of high-level talents,we propose the optimization measures for the staff training of GD Petroleum Company,improve the integration of training content and the training,and strengthen the evaluation of training instructors in order to select excellent training instructors.Through comparative analysis,qualitative analysis,case analysis and other methods,we strive to improve the management of employee training of GD Petroleum Company,in order to improve the overall quality of human resources and achieve the goal of creating competitive advantage for enterprises.Finally,the research content of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings of the article are reviewed and the future research directions are given.
