Now,as the oil industry crosses the country's borders,local employees have become the backbone of the industry.Research on the management of local employees overseas oil industry is particularly important,effective management strategy for local employees can realize the capable and efficient human resources,only the good employee management,to minimize labor costs,to obtain a competitive advantage.But the employees "localization" management is mostly in the Middle East oil project as an example,folk customs,mainly on the local humanities landform,as the country W is located in the South American,how to promote W state employees "localization" management,how to deal effectively with local cultural conflict is particularly important,this article will focus on W employees management of overseas oil project analysis,the paper mainly discusses how to effectively solve the cultural conflict,employee salary management,performance appraisal,training,teaching and other issues.This paper outlined the related human resource management theory,and then based on W overseas oil project,from the following aspects to research,the employee recruitment,salary management,performance appraisal,and training,find out W overseas oil project is currently in the problems existing in the management of local employees,and combining the theory knowledge to explore scientific and effective management methods,make full use of every employee,setting up reasonable position,make better local employees to assist Chinese managers to carry out the work,realize the benefit maximization,truly achieve overseas projects "localization" of employees.Through reasonable training,we will train a team of local employees to provide strong human resources for the smooth operation of the project.
