DQ Water and Gas Plant is a public engineering plant for producing water,gas,wind and sewage in DQ petrochemical area.In recent years,the domestic refining and chemical industry is facing more and more fierce competition.The domestic refining and chemical industry is about to usher in a new market environment,which puts forward higher development requirements for DQ water and gas plants.However,a series of problems of the staff have become one of the bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of the factory,such as large total employment,high labor costs,outstanding ageing of employees,difficulties in personnel continuation,etc.How to manage staff training reasonably and effectively,do a good job of staff training,continuously improve the quality of staff,and realize personnel training and personnel continuation has become an important part of the work to solve the problem.In this paper,DQ water and gas plant employees as the research object,in-depth discussion of training management issues.Firstly,it combs the relevant research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the connotation of training,training management content and related basic theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this paper.On this basis,it introduces the general situation of DQ water and gas plant enterprises and the current situation of staff training management,uses questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of DQ water and gas plant staff training management,carefully combs all aspects of enterprise staff training management,through investigation,it is found that staff training management has poor pertinence in training content,simple training methods,inadequate training needs analysis,and incomplete training evaluation.Good,lack of training supervision and other issues.This paper explores the deep-seated causes of the problems from the aspects of inadequate awareness of managers,weak incentive effect of training,aging of staff training process,formality of training effect evaluation,and imperfect training management system.Finally,in view of the causes of the problems,some countermeasures are put forward,such as enhancing the attention of managers to training,implementing effective incentives to employees,setting up scientific training organization process,establishing reasonable and effective training effect evaluation links,and establishing and improving staff training management system.Through this study,the purpose is to improve the DQ water and gas plant staff training management level,improve the quality of the staff,enhance the competitiveness of human resources of DQ water and gas plant,so that DQ water and gas plant can adapt to the requirements of the times.
