21 Century is a new era of rapid economic development in China,Information and knowledge are the strength of most enterprises to advance,training is an important way to provide information,knowledge and related skills,and become a strategic requirement for enterprise development.Regarding employee training as an investment,enterprises are paying more and more attention to the economic value of employee training.Under the new development situation of China's oilfield enterprises,how to improve the efficiency of training work,achieve the desired training effect and promote the improvement of training management level,and implement training optimization work is especially important.As of 2016,Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia and Qinghai and other multi-ethnic areas have proven oil reserves and natural gas reserves ranked first in the country,the future direction of China's oil industry must be directed to these areas.How to do well in the training and optimization of the oil enterprises in these areas to explore the talents and to make study and progress of the minority staffs will be the future direction of human resources management in China's petroleum enterprises.This paper based on the practical experience and theoretical research results of many domestic and foreign company employees training,combines the basic theory of training.Through the research of the overall situation,a detailed analysis of the current practice in the training of employees and existing problems,and then use the comprehensive evaluation to establish a staff classification model for enterprises to determine the training needs of different types of employees of different nationalities,study and optimize the training of employees,and formulate reasonable and feasible measures for staff training and improvement.It from the four aspects of organization,logistics,funds and culture,it points out the guarantee measures for staff training and improvement.Its purpose is to make the training effect of enterprises more rapid and effective,not only to maintain stability and unity in multi-ethnic areas,but also to promote the development and expansion of oil enterprises in multinational areas.
