| Knowledge workers have become the core human resources of enterprises with the vigorous development of knowledge economy.Knowledge workers can bring more add value for enterprises.Enterprises focus on how to improve organizational performance by motivate knowledge workers and earn more profit.Study found that enterprise’s performance is directly related to Staff team execution.How to retain talent in the fierce competition and maximize their work enthusiasm becomes top priority strategy of many enterprises.Y Company-our research object-is a high-tech enterprise in life science industry.It is a typical knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive enterprise.This article uses literature research,survey,depth interview methods to study.At first,define knowledge worker,and then summarize management incentive theory and engagement theory.From the relativity of these two points of view,author researches the result of engagement survey of Y Company in 2013 and 2014.Through the analysis of four dimensions of Staff team execution and perception of incentive factors,the results showed that Staff team execution of knowledge worker is effected by comprehensive interact of incentive factors.The four dimensions of Staff team execution are Staff team execution direct supervisor effectiveness,performance enablement,and behavior change.The main influence factors of low degree of Staff team execution are future vision,innovation,growth and development,recognition.Finding right reasons can help Y Company knowing more about their knowledge workers.To solve these problems,author gives seven solutions:(1)Clear strategic positioning,and enhance corporate culture.(2)Increase training team to provide more training opportunities;improve the promotion channels,and give career guidance to staff.(3)Improve the sense of innovation,enhancing innovative capability.(4)Optimize work flow,and strengthen team work.(5)Establish efficient management mechanism and continuously improve management capability.(6)Establish competitive salary system of results oriented and performance evaluate.(7)Enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of information communication.In addition,this study can be reference for life science industry,and can help other enterprises to find proper methods to enhance Staff team execution. |
