| In recent years,due to various factors,the pharmaceutical industry has ushered in a rare opportunity for development.Among them,the biomedical industry has become an important part of the pharmaceutical industry.In order to support the development of the industry,the state has formulated and issued a series of relevant policies,and increased capital investment to encourage industry enterprises to invest in research.From the analysis of the actual situation,the biomedical industry will become an important force for the development of China’s health industry in the future.Because of the support from all aspects,the internal characteristics of the biomedical industry have been constantly enriched,including the development of blood products and other industries.As the industry’s profits are very considerable,it has attracted a large number of investors to invest in the industry,further resulting in the increasingly fierce competitiveness of the industry.Objective:In order to standardize the development of the industry and give full play to the inherent potential of enterprises and employees,it is necessary to establish a sound incentive mechanism to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Due to the influence of many factors,the talent competition in the biomedical industry is further intensified.Methods:At present,health care reform has entered the deep water period,with two votes system reform,centralized drug procurement,quality conformance evaluation,and national medical insurance payment reform and other measures to superimpose COVID-19,resulting in a more complicated marketing environment.This paper takes the marketing team of L company as the research object,through understanding the situation of L company,questionnaire survey and other ways,and analyzes the current situation of the marketing team incentive strategy of L company,Results:This paper deeply discusses the existing problems of the marketing team incentive management of L company,including the sales process management is not in place,the salary system is not perfect,the performance appraisal system is not scientific,the staff training and development system is single,and the marketing team is not perfect.Conclusion:combined with the relevant incentive theory,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions for the incentive mechanism system of marketing team of L company.By studying the incentive system of marketing team in L company,this paper finds that motivating marketing staff to improve business level will promote the further development of L company.As this problem is a common problem faced by the majority of small and medium-sized private pharmaceutical enterprises,this study is not only conducive to the development of enterprises themselves,but also can provide effective suggestions for the development of other enterprises in the industry. |
