The rising of urban tourism promotes the development of urban catering resources.Food is the foundation of human beings.Food intake is the basic condition for survival,and it is also an important part of tourism experience.The existing research on catering resources mainly focuses on the development of catering resources,spatial pattern,tourist satisfaction and so on,while there is less evaluation and Analysis on catering resources based on the value of tourist experience.Based on this,from the perspective of tourism experience value,this paper selects urban tourism destination as the research object,constructs the evaluation model of urban catering resources,and on this basis,explores the cultural characteristics,spatial characteristics and tourists' perception characteristics of urban catering resources,so as to provide feasible suggestions for the development of Nanjing catering resources.The results show that: the evaluation system of urban catering resources based on the value of tourism experience consists of seven first level indicators,and 29 sub indicators are included under the seven first level indicators.The value of tourism experience is reflected in seven aspects: local characteristics,health,word-of-mouth,dishes,internal and external environment,geographical location and service quality,and the weight values of each indicator are: local characteristics 0.2533,health 0.2522,service quality 0.2522 Word of mouth 0.1871,dishes 0.1303,spatial location 0.0933,internal and external environment 0.0441,service quality 0.0397.Based on the analysis of the cultural characteristics,spatial characteristics and tourists' perception of the catering resources in Nanjing,it is found that there are many kinds of catering resources in Nanjing with clear cultural context;The spatial characteristics have strong concentration,and different categories show obvious differences in geographical distribution;Through word frequency analysis of online texts,tourists' perception characteristics of food categories,experience evaluation and catering areas are obtained.Through the above conclusions,this paper provides strategic suggestions for the development of catering resources in Nanjing,including: space development and integration,cultural connotation mining,experience value promotion.
