Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of My Country's Big Data Industry Ecosystem

As China's economic development enters a new normal,the basic and leading position of big data in economic and social development has become increasingly prominent.As an emerging industry,the big data industry can accelerate the innovation capabilities of a country and region,accelerate the upgrading of traditional industries and the emergence of new formats.Although the development of China's big data industry has achieved little success,compared with foreign developed countries,there are still major deficiencies,including lagging technological innovation,insufficient data application capabilities,and lack of guarantees for data security.The current big data industry research has deficiencies in the study of basic theoretical systems.Most of its industrial analysis studies are qualitative discussions on basic theories such as definition of connotation and industrial characteristics,and have not yet formed a unified cognition.At the same time,there is still a lack of systematically studying the development law,operation mechanism,and evolution mechanis of the big data industry.Therefore,based on the ecosystem perspective,this article innovatively considers the big data industry as an ecosystem to study its evolution mechanism,which can enrich its theoretical system to a certain extent and provide a reference for industrial practice.This paper first sorts out the development process of China's big data industry based on various reports and policies,and uses logistic models to analyze the laws and periodicities of industrial development based on ecological industry life cycle theory.Second,it summarizes big data at home and abroad.Based on the research results of industry,industrial ecosystem and evolution mechanism,define the connotation and boundary of the big data industry ecosystem,construct a conceptual model of the big data industry ecosystem,and identify the big data industry ecosystem in China based on the dissipative structure theory Self-organization evolution conditions,combined with the factors affecting the development of the big data industry to analyze the self-organization evolution dynamics of the system;again,using the principal component analysis method and the Haken model of synergy to build the evolution model of China's big data industry ecosystem from 2011 to 2016 And analyze its evolution mechanism.The research results show that: from 2011 to 2013,the order parameters that led to the evolution of China's big data industry ecosystem were capital investment;from 2014 to 2016,the order parameters of the system evolution were the network basis.Finally,based on the analysis of evolutionary models and mechanisms,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the evolution of China's big data industry ecosystem from four aspects: technological innovation,talent development,market cultivation and capital investment.
