Darwinism' population species heredity emphasizes almost all-powerful creation of natural selection. On the premise of occasional genetic mutation or reorganization, we can't explain the enormous complexity increasing by degrees and the infinitely diversity of biological species,if the natural selection is regarded as the only driving force in the process of living creature' evolution. There is an entropic margin, namely entropic potential energy, between complicated system and simple system if they have same property.Exactly because of the margin,self-organization exists in all complicated systems. The paradigm of self-organization evolution emphasizes that any system has its intrinsic purpose. In order to hold the least entropy and the most negative entropy, organism systems must continuously absorb the negative entropy from environment to resist increases in entropy. This is also the direction of living creature's evolution. Therefore, complexity theory maintains that life evolution is the production of the combining natural selection with self-organization. Thus, in the course of life evolution, self-organization is intrinsic power while natural selection is exterior. Living creatures accomplish self-organization by mutually effective combination of genetic building blocks which form internal model and by their coevolution.Living creature adapting to its environment is one of natural selection's results.
