In the process of tennis match,players need to have fast,accurate and efficient footwork movement ability to reasonably complete the swing action.Therefore,tennis mobile footwork technique is the most basic and important technique for tennis players.At the same time,modern tennis competition has the characteristics of long time and high intensity.Therefore,college tennis training should pay more attention to the physical reserves of tennis players while paying attention to the technical training.The development of tennis in China is relatively late,and there are some differences between the teaching and training of tennis in developed countries and regions.At present,the daily training of tennis players in physical education colleges mainly focuses on hitting skills,supplemented by a little footwork training,and does not pay enough attention to physical reserve exercise.With the continuous development of modern tennis competitive characteristics,tennis players with solid hitting skills,but also need to have agile footwork and good physical reserves,in order to show good competitive ability in the match.This research uses the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,according to the characteristics of the tennis competition as well as the present situation of tennis training in modern sports colleges,through a combination of physiological and biochemical special physical fitness monitoring,formulate tennis footwork exercises,strengthen the technical training of college tennis player footwork movement,To explore the influence of special footwork training on the physical fitness of tennis players.In this study,12 tennis players from the tennis team of Guangzhou Sport University were selected as the experimental subjects.The control group and the experimental group were set up,with 6 people in each group(in order to avoid the difference in physical quality between men and women,the experimental subjects were all male)for a 10-week control experiment.They trained 3 times a week for60 min each time.In the training process through blood lactic acid,blood oxygen saturation,RPE(exercise consciousness scale)and other physiological and biochemical indicators monitoring,timely adjustment of the training program,effectively promote the tennis team athletes physical progress,tennis team athletes in the high-intensity competition to provide better play to provide greater possibility.The control group used traditional footwork training,the experimental group used tennis special footwork training.Before and after the experiment,the subjects’ basic physical fitness,forward and backward movement,side-to-side movement,anaerobic work,spider run,10-meter sprint,hexagon jump,standing long jump were tested respectively.SPSS 26.0 was used for comparative analysis in the later stage,and conclusions were drawn as follows:1.Both traditional footwork training and tenny-specific footwork training play a certain role in improving the physical ability of tennis players.2.Tennis special footwork training can improve the physical ability of tennis players more significantly,and improve the flexibility of tennis players’ footwork more obviously.3.Tennis special footwork can stimulate athletes’ interest in practice.4.Tennis-specific footwork training cannot completely replace traditional footwork training. |
