Based on the challenges brought to school education management by the expansion of China’s existing high school education scale,combined with the reality that high school students face multiple pressures.The research is carried out by broadening educational management thinking and Open up a new management path to carry out this study.The paper begins with the analysis of motivations that affect the efficiency of school education management and then from the perspective of high school students’ psychological capital to investigate the current situation of four dimensions of psychological capital of high school students in Mudanjiang City through self-administered questionnaires derived from “ Zhang Kuo(2010)Psychological Capital Scale”.Statistical analysis of 749 valid questionnaires by SPSS and other statistical tools shows that the aspiration of high school girls is significantly higher than boys;and the total psychological capital and self-efficacy,aspiration,optimism,and resilience of Grade three are substantially lower than those of Grade one and Grade two students.Finally,taking the holistic education theory as the guiding ideology,the paper proposes strategies to comprehensively enhance the psychological capital of high school students and specific measures to adjust self-efficacy and cultivate aspiration,optimism,and resilience from the education concepts of adjustment and renewal.Extend the educational management mode of high school students from student behavior management to the cultivation process of students’ psychological capital,and form a new path of high school educational management based on the cultivation of psychological capital.To help the formation of core literacy of high school students and get rid of the dilemma of high school education management through scientific and efficient school education management.
