It has become a hot task for high school education reform and the urgent needs for the student growth and development to cultivate more undergraduates with competitive and sustainable development ability under the background of the increasing competition in every field. Facing the competition and development,undergraduates need to accumulate many capitals, among which, psychological capital is an important source of competitive advantages.However the undergraduates’ education management so far has failed to meet the needs of undergraduates’ accumulation of psychological capital. Therefore, the paper put its focus on strategy research of promoting psychological capital accumulation of undergraduates’ educational management.On view of Luthans’ psychological capital, this article expounds the basic connotation of psychological capital and further reveals the basic characteristics of self-efficacy, hope, optimism and toughness as well as its basic connotation and structural components, then points out that self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience jointly promote the undergraduates’ psychological capital by respectively playing the role of "base", "guide", "power" and "security". With the methodology of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the evaluation index system of undergraduates’ psychological capital status are constructed, together with undergraduates’ psychological capital scale and the questionnaire of influencing factors on undergraduates’ psychological capital. Through empirical research, the current situation and the influence function of undergraduates’ psychological capital accumulation are analyzed. It demonstrates that(1) the undergraduates’ psychological capital accumulation is overall in the medium level, the psychological level of capital accumulation reveals rising with higher grade, the scores of the independent college students are higher than that of other levels of colleges, students from municipalities got lower scores than that from other areas, gender difference is not shown in psychological capital accumulation.(2) it also finds that the internal factors have greater influence than that of external ones, among which interpersonal support,personality characteristics, achievement motivation and campus culture are higher influencing factors. From the four aspects of grades, school-running levels, origins of students and gender, Grade One and Four students, students from national keyuniversities and independent colleges, and those from the county and the city as well as girls show higher sensitivity to the influencing factors.Based on the above research results, countermeasures are given for innovating and improving undergraduates’ education management: Firstly, Colleges and universities should have a systematic grasp of the law in higher education management on the value of education, the benefit view of educational ethics practice,the view of educating, the view of career education and the view of life consciousness education etc. so as to form the new idea of undergraduates’ education and management. Secondly, Colleges and universities should innovate the means of college student education management in the respects of establishing life-value orientation, the spirit of love leading the construction of campus culture and the theoretical research promoting education management innovation. Thirdly, colleges and universities should further expand the way of education management by carrying out positive psychological education, strengthening the career management,establishing the positive interpersonal support mechanisms and so on; Fourthly, the university should strengthen the pertinence in education and management in the perspective of differences in grades, school-running levels and students’ origins;Fifthly, universities should improve the quality of education management by enhancing the students’ counselor team and promote teacher’s personality glamour.
