This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and management strategy on the psychological burden of junior high school students in Suzhou Park.The questionnaire survey is used to analyze the psychological anxiety of 469 students before the exam.At the same time,10 students,10 teachers,10 students Parents and 10 school administrators conducted psychological interviews,and analyzed and analyzed the psychological burden of junior high school students from the aspects of student gender,different grades,school types,questionnaire types and interview questions.The causes of students' psychological burden are mainly reflected in two categories:internal causes and external causes,which are subdivided into five aspects(student self,parental role,teacher obligation,school management,social concept).It also proposes a strategy to alleviate the psychological burden of junior high school students before the exam.The educational concept mainly includes three aspects:establishing a correct view of the efficiency of the middle school education examination,establishing a comprehensive examination and education concept,establishing a middle school student's examination career education concept and establishing a correct life.Education concept;education management approach is mainly reflected in three aspects:actively carry out pre-examination psychological education,strengthen pre-examination moral education management and improve the quality of secondary education management subject.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the education departments and schools in Suzhou Park to formulate measures to reduce the burden of pre-examination.
