The research subject in this paper is divided into two parts. In the first part the adolescent psychological capital scale and class management scale have been sent to the 12 classes, 3 grade in total in Zongchang First Secondary School. And three conclusions can be got from the data analysis. Firstly, in terms of the psychological capital level, there is a distinguish difference between the migrant children and local children. Secondly, the class management of the migrant children also differs significantly from the local children. Thirdly, the psychological capital could influence the class management prominently. In the second part, through the talking with the 12 class teachers(with 4 teachers in each grade) and also the grade directors, as well as the class observation and the talking with part of the students to see whether the psychological capital(confidence, optimism, hope,tenacity)difference between the migrant children and the local children can influence the class management or not. The following conclusion can be got from the analysis. Firstly, the confidence difference can influence the class construction and class organization; the optimism can influence the building of the class organization, class operation and also the effect evaluation of the class building; the hope difference can exert an influence on the class leader choosing and the class organization operation; the tenacity difference can also influence the class operation and the class organization. Secondly, the confidence difference can influence the building, execution and effect evaluation of the class system; the optimism difference can influence the building and execution of the class system; the hope difference can influence the execution and effect evaluation of the class system; the tenacity difference can influence the execution of the class system. The confidence difference can influence the process of the class teaching and also the effect evaluation of the teaching; the optimism difference can influence the construction of the study style and also the class teaching process;the hope difference can influence the construction of the study style and the extracurricular task; the tenacity difference can influence the class teaching process. Fourthly, the confidence difference can influence the organization of the class activities; the optimism difference can influence the execution of the class activities; the tenacity difference can influence the organization, execution and effect evaluation of the class activities In the last part of the paper, combined the literature and the survey the reason of the difference between the migrant children and the local children can be get: Firstly, the high flowing of the family location; secondly, the family background difference; Thirdly,the parenthood relation.Fourthly, the regional discrimination and the self-identification.Fifthly, teacher resources. And the corresponding measures can be dealt with this kind of problem. Firstly, the government and the society should care the migrant children and their parents much more; Secondly, Focus on the school psychological health education and equipped with enough psychological health teachers; Thirdly, carry out the work shift for the regional teachers; Fourthly, increase the education input for the migrant children; Fifthly, government and society should strengthen the publicity in order to increase the pride and self-identification of the migrant children.
