| In recent years,the continuous deepening of population aging in China has brought severe challenges to social development.How to improve the quality of life and happiness index of the elderly has become an important issue related to the overall development of the country and the well-being of the people.The life demand and consumption concept of old people in the new period has a new change.Tourism and education increasingly become an important option for leisure in their later years,educational tourism for the elderly is rising day by day.In this context,the impact of educational tourism on the happiness of the elderly is worth exploring,and the change characteristics of the happiness of the elderly before and after educational tourism are also worth paying attention to.In view of the above research problems,this paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,grounded theory,daily experience research method and control experiment method to explore the fluctuation of happiness of the elderly before and after educational tourism from the perspective of longitudinal time.Firstly,this paper clearly defines the relevant concepts,combs the relevant research results at home and abroad,and introduces the "hedonic adaptation theory" to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Then,according to the three-level coding principle of grounded theory,this paper makes a qualitative research on the collected interview data and network text data,analyzes the motivation of the elderly to participate in educational tourism and the constituent elements of their well-being,explains the "formation mechanism of happiness of educational tourism for the elderly" and "change mechanism of happiness of educational tourism for the elderly",so as to provide logical explanation and theoretical support for subsequent empirical research.Finally,the daily experience research method is used to track and measure the happiness of elderly educational tourists understand the change trend of their happiness and the difference of population characteristics,and analyze the persistence and adaptability of the happiness effect of educational tourism in combination with the "hedonic adaptation" theory,By using the comparative experimental method,this paper makes a comparative study on the persistence and adaptability of the happiness effect of educational tourism and sightseeing tourism.The research shows that:(1)there are multiple motives for the elderly to participate in educational tourism,but growth demand is one of the main motives;(2)The well-being of elderly educational tourists consists of emotional well-being,cognitive well-being and psychological wellbeing,which is the comprehensive product of “subjective well-being” and “psychology well-being”;(3)The changes of happiness in different dimensions of the elderly in different stages of educational tourism are different,and emotional happiness fluctuates violently in an "inverted V shape".(4)There are significant differences in the happiness of the elderly with different gender and retirement time,and women and early retirees are more sensitive to the happiness of educational tourism;(5)Educational tourism can significantly improve the happiness of the elderly,and its effect on the psychological well-being of the elderly lasts the longest,and the persistence of its happiness effect is better than that of sightseeing tourism;(6)After the educational tourism,"hedonic adaptation" will lead to the decline of the happiness of the elderly in all dimensions,but the adaptation speed of the elderly to the educational tourism is lower than that of sightseeing tourism,and the adaptability of the elderly to the educational tourism is lower.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the happiness of the elderly and the development of educational tourism industry. |
