Research On The Cultivation Of The Spirit Of Hard Work Of College Students In The New Era

The new era is a crucial period for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the great cause of national rejuvenation needs to be led by a great spirit.The spirit of hard work,as one of the quintessential elements of the spiritual spectrum of the Communist Party of China,is a powerful spiritual driving force for building a modern socialist country.University students of the new era are the builders and pioneers of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the quality and strength of their skills directly affect the historical process of national rejuvenation.At present,some university students lack the spirit of hard struggle and the motivation and quality of hard struggle.The cultivation of the spirit of hard work among university students in the new era has become an important issue.Colleges and universities have become an important field for cultivating the spirit of hard work among university students.The thesis adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods to investigate the current situation of cultivating the spirit of hard work among university students at the empirical level.At the theoretical level,the basic connotation of the spirit of hard work,the contemporary connotation of the spirit of hard work in the new era and the basic connotation of cultivating the spirit of hard work among college students were elaborated,the basic elements of cultivating the spirit of hard work among college students in the new era were proposed,the theoretical framework of cultivating the spirit of hard work among college students in the new era was formed,and the main effectiveness and problems of cultivating the spirit of hard work among college students were comprehensively analyzed.Focusing on the problems in the cultivation of the spirit of hard work among university students in the new era,the analysis of the causes is conducted in four aspects: the cultivation subject,the cultivation object,the cultivation mediator and the cultivation ring.Based on the analysis framework,we focus on the university field and explore the cultivation path of the spirit of hard work among college students in the new era.The survey shows that the main problems of the spirit of hard work among college students are: the misconception of the spirit of hard work among college students;the refusal to accept and internalize the spirit of hard work;and the separation of knowledge and action of the spirit of hard work.The main problems in the cultivation practice of the spirit of hard work in colleges and universities are: the limited development of cultivation practice activities;the role of new media is not significant;the lack of interaction and empathy between teachers and students;the lack of sustainability of cultivation activities;and the lack of assessment and feedback of cultivation activities.Therefore,focusing on the university field,the thesis deeply analyses the main causes of the problems from the four elements of cultivating the spirit of hard work among university students in the new era,namely the level of cultivation subject,the level of cultivation object,the level of cultivation mediator and the level of cultivation ring.Focusing on the university field,the thesis explores the cultivation path of the spirit of hard work among university students in the new era from five aspects:unifying dominance and initiative in collaboration with multiple subjects,enriching cultivation contents to meet students’ needs,innovating cultivation methods with the help of information technology,optimizing cultivation environment by combining governance,and improving cultivation mechanism by perfecting rules and regulations.This will effectively guide university students to clarify the goal of hard struggle,enhance the motivation of hard struggle and improve the skills of hard struggle.
