Research On The Cultivation Of The Spirit Of Hard Struggle Of College Students In The New Era

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "struggle is not just a loud slogan,but the spirit should be seen in doing every little thing well,accomplishing every task,and performing every duty." Hard struggle is the fine tradition of the Chinese nation and the political nature of the Communist Party of China.On the occasion of the centennity of the founding of the Party,through the vast number of Party members and the people continue to carry forward the spirit of hard struggle,build a well-off society in an allround way,win the epidemic prevention and control war;In order to realize the goal of "two hundred years" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream of the Chinese nation,the spiritual foundation has been laid.The cultivation and research of the spirit of hard struggle of college students in the new era is of great significance for highlighting the characteristics of the times of the spirit of hard struggle and promoting college students to devote themselves consciously to the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on Marxist theory of hard struggle,excellent traditional Chinese culture and the hard struggle thought of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,this paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire and theory to carry out in-depth analysis and research on the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle of college students in the new era.First of all,the concept of its spirit is defined,on the basis of which the significance of cultivation is explored.Secondly,to analyze the problems of its cultivation and trace the reasons,that is,the social part of the environment has negative factors;The cultivation system of the spirit of hard struggle in colleges and universities is not perfect enough;The method of family education is biased;There is a deviation in the understanding of individual thought of some college students.Finally,the concrete solution path is put forward,that is,to optimize the social environment cultivated by the spirit of hard struggle;Give full play to the role of the main channel of higher education;actively play the role of family linkage cultivation;Strengthen the main role of self-education.
