The spirit of hard struggle is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and it is also a beautiful moral character of the Chinese nation.In the new historical period,in order to cope with more and more arduous challenges and promote social development,it is necessary to continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work,build a broader social consensus,and stimulate stronger entrepreneurial power.The college students in the new era undertake the great responsibility of realizing national prosperity and national rejuvenation,and cultivating their spirit of hard work can not only conform to the social development trend in the new era,carry forward the Chinese spirit,but also encourage them to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and realize their own goals.grow healthy.Starting from the current development situation of our country,this paper analyzes the era significance of the spirit of hard struggle,adopts questionnaires and other methods to investigate the cultivation of the spirit of hard work among college students,and puts forward new insights and methods on how to cultivate the spirit of hard work.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that some achievements have been made in the cultivation of the spirit of hard work of college students in my country at this stage.However,due to the influence of social,family,school,college students themselves and other factors,there are still some problems in the cultivation process.There is a lack of nurturing atmosphere for the spirit of hard work in the society,insufficient efforts to cultivate the spirit of hard work in colleges and universities,insufficient cultivation of the spirit of hard work by parents in their children,and college students themselves do not understand its importance.Some solutions are put forward to solve these problems that may exist and occur: all walks of life actively learn the spirit of hard work and the spirit of the times to play an exemplary role;play the basic role of the family and educate children on the importance of the spirit of hard work;highlight the spirit of hard work in colleges and universities The main role is to enrich the content of the cultivation of the spirit of hard work;college students improve their selfconsciousness and strengthen and deepen the spirit of hard work.Through the above analysis,some reference opinions are put forward for the cultivation of the current college students’ hardworking spirit.
