Research On The Optimization Path Of Community Smart Pension From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance Theory

The aging population in China has grown ever more pressing with the growth of society,making pension a pressing concern for all demographics.With family pension functions diminishing and institutional pension having its own drawbacks,smart pension has become the most favored option for the elderly.Under the background of the rapid development of Internet of things and Internet and other modern technologies,intelligent elderly care combines the elderly group has low recognition and insufficient participation in community smart elderly care services;Inadequate publicity and low penetration of intelligent elderly care services.The reason is that policy formulation is not systematic and implementation is not in place;Providing services that are difficult to meet the needs of the elderly in their old age.This article examines G Community in Baotou City from the viewpoint of collaborative governance theory.Through a review of pertinent literature,questionnaires,and interviews,as well as the entry and organization of the data collected,it is revealed that there is a dearth of funding for community smart elderly care services;the supply and demand of such services.do not match;The level of professionalism of service personnel is insufficient,and personnel mobility is high;The elderly group has low recognition and insufficient participation in community smart elderly care services;Inadequate publicity and low penetration of intelligent elderly care services.The reason is that policy formulation is not systematic and implementation is not in place;Providing services that are difficult to meet the needs of the elderly;The mechanism of cultivating professional talents is not perfect;Communities are not fully leveraging synergies.Afterwards,Hangzhou and Japan’s successful community smart elderly care cases were chosen and studied to encapsulate the experiences that could be employed as a guide in the formation of Baotou G’s community smart elderly care services.To address the issue,optimization concepts and strategies should be suggested.Through the optimization route proposed for the intelligent elderly care problem in G community of Baotou City,we can provide multiple agents to participate in linkage and smooth services;Cultivating the concept of collaborative governance with multiple supply entities;Strengthen the information sharing provided by collaborative entities;Improve the collaborative governance supervision and evaluation system;Building an effective system of collaborative governance Elderly care services in the community can be improved,providing humanized and intelligent care for the elderly,and making their later years more convenient,comfortable,and enjoyable.healthy.
