| With the rapid development of the aging population,the pension problem has been paid more and more attention by the society.However,as a special group of the elderly,not enough attention has been paid.With the popularization of education and the long-term influence of the family planning policy,there will be more and more senior citizens to become senior citizens.In recent years,there are many tragedies in which retired teachers in universities die at home,but no one knows about them.The high-educated elderly group has its particularity,mainly manifested in the prominent empty nest,high degree of property ownership,high level of knowledge and modernization.Due to the particularity of this group,the traditional family pension mode is difficult to be applied to the elderly,and the institutional pension is faced with the pressure of social cost and the impact of traditional concepts,so it is difficult to be favored by the elderly.As an emerging mode of old-age care,community old-age care can provide a familiar old-age care environment for the elderly and meet the needs of this group to a certain extent.The social work major with elitism as the value has been developed in the professional theory and practice through continuous practice,which lays a foundation for the social work to intervene in the community pension service for the elderly.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the basic situation,current situation and needs of the elderly in A community.It was found that their age structure showed the characteristics of advanced age,and their living style was mainly living with their spouse or living alone.Its endowment economic condition is relatively good,but there are problems in health condition,nursing way,recreational life and pension support.In the analysis of the elderly needs of this group,the needs are summarized into three aspects: daily life service needs,medical service needs of the sick elderly and spiritual and cultural life needs.Among them,the daily life service demand mainly includes the household service demand and the community care service demand.The medical service needs of the sick elderly are mainly manifested in the lack of health care and the problems of family doctors and accompanying doctors.The demand of spiritual and cultural life mainly includes the demand of spiritual comfort,entertainment and quality improvement.Its requirements are relatively high standards,refined,professional service and high consistency requirements.Finally,under the guidance of the social work professional theory,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the community pension for the elderly,such as measures to meet the needs,promoting market-oriented pension and diversified pension,building unit pension and intelligent pension.It also explores ways to implement measures,such as government support,social support and support from families,communities and former work units.In a word,to meet the needs of the elderly in the community,we need to provide specialized and diversified services,which need the support of the government,society,community,family and original units.Only in this way can we improve the problem of senior citizen pension and promote the further development of community pension in China. |
