In order to effectively implement the "Several Opinions of The State Council on the Current Development of preschool Education" and "Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)",and provide guidance for families and kindergartens to carry out preschool education work,the National Education Department issued the guide for learning and development of children aged 3-6 on October 9,2012,which can be seen that the country is paying more and more attention to family education.Family is one of the most important components during one’s life.It can not only affect one’s way of thinking and behavior in one’s life,but also has a certain degree of dissemination,just as the saying goes "Family harmony is the basis for success in any undertaking".This paper selects Shanghai Z kindergarten as the research object,investigates and studies the current situation of parents’ family education mode of Z kindergarten through the questionnaire survey method,the literature survey method,interview method,puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions on the problems existing,and strives to improve the parent’s concepts of family education,enrich the family education mode,and establish a virtuous circle in order to provide reference for the teaching of Z kindergarten teachers.Based on Eriksson theory,family system theory and other relevant knowledge,the author thinks and analyzes the data,summarizes the problems of current situation of parents’ family education mode of Z kindergarten in Shanghai,which mainly includes the lower family economic pressure,the singleness of parents’ interaction,the confusion and wandering of parental education expectations,and the ubiquity of "Iceberg" parenting anxiety.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: creating a good family environment,providing three-dimensional family support system,compensation in various fields of high-quality preschool education resources,and improving the home supervision mechanism,in order to provide useful opinions and suggestions for parents’ family education in Z kindergarten and promote children’s more comprehensive development.
