Family education plays a vital role in children's physical and mental development.In recent years,the release of family education related policies has made people more aware of the importance of children's family education.In rural areas,education has been lagging behind for a long time,and the child-rearing level of parents remains low.These reasons lead to the children's family education is not optimistic.Therefore,it is very necessary to provide scientific parental instruction for rural parents.As the main family education instruction in rural areas,kindergartens bear the responsibility of family education guidance.This study took some kindergartens in rural areas of M county,Guizhou province as an example.By using questionnaire survey and interview survey method,the current situation of education instruction for kindergartens in rural areas of M county was investigated.In order to obtain more real situation,the author obtained some contact information between teachers and parents in kindergarten,and conducted interviews with preschool teachers and parents by telephone interview and face-to-face interview to understand the current situation of rural kindergarten with instruction for family education.It was found that education instruction for rural kindergartens in M county had the following problems:The organizational management of family education instruction is weak;The understanding of education in rural preschool teachers is one-sided;The content of the instruction is not targeted;The form of family instruction is simple;The frequency of family instruction is low;The content of family instruction is not consistent with the needs of parents.In view of the above problems,this study analyzes the causes of these problems from three aspects: External long-term guarantee mechanism of the instruction of family education is insufficient;The internal rules and regulations of education instruction for rural kindergartens is unsound.Professional tutoring teachers in rural kindergarten are short.Based on the above problems,the author put forward countermeasures from the perfecting the external long-term effective mechanism of family education instruction,establishing the internal rules and regulations of family education in rural kindergarten and strengthening the construction of teachers in the instruction of family education of rural kindergarten.
