In the Internet era,social informatization has a profound impact on all walks of life.In the field of education,it is mainly reflected in information-based teaching.As an important part of education,physical education plays an extremely important role in developing students’ physical quality and improving physical and mental health.Therefore,the integration of information-based teaching and physical education will promote the teaching of physical education courses..The blended teaching method based on the Tik Tok platform combines the advantages of online education and traditional course teaching,and helps teachers improve teaching quality and enhance students’ learning motivation through the application of Internet technology.This paper conducts a mixed teaching experiment of Tik Tok platform in the volleyball general course of physical education major of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education,studies the application of Tik Tok platform in mixed teaching,explores how to apply its advantages to volleyball teaching,and enriches volleyball teaching methods and means.Using the method of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaires,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics,the two groups of the School of Physical Education,Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were taken as the experimental test objects,and the experimental group and the control group were determined by random grouping.Before and after the teaching experiment,the volleyball special physical fitness,basic volleyball skills and learning motivation were tested.Experimental results: 1.The control group adopts traditional teaching,and the experimental group adopts mixed teaching.Before the experiment,the control group and the experiment were pre-tested in physical fitness,basic volleyball skills and learning motivation,and the differences in each index were not significant.2.In the post-test of the experiment,there is no significant difference in physical fitness between the control group and the experimental group;in the volleyball technical standards,the experimental group and the control group have no difference in the performance of passing the ball against the wall and the frontal overhand serve.Significant significance,there is significant difference in the performance of the wall padding and the 4-bit spiking,and the technical achievement of the experimental group is better than that of the control group;in the technical evaluation results,the control group and the experimental group There were significant differences in wall padding,passing to the wall,spiking from the 4th position,and frontal overhand serve;the difference between the experimental group and the control group in the post-test comparison of learning motivation was significant(P<0.05);Comparative analysis of the volleyball skills of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment shows that the improvement rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.This leads to the following conclusions:(1).The use of blended teaching based on the Tik Tok platform in the general volleyball course can effectively improve the number of students hitting the ball and spiking the ball,as well as the technical evaluation results of the ball,passing,serving,and spiking.There is no significant difference in the teaching effect between the traditional teaching mode and the blended teaching mode in terms of passing and serving.Therefore,from the overall point of view of compliance and technical scoring test results,the blended teaching of Tik Tok platform has unique teaching advantages in helping students improve their skills.(2).With the assistance of Tik Tok platform,in the process of volleyball teaching,students’ volleyball technical level can be effectively improved.Therefore,it is feasible to choose Tik Tok platform for teaching in mixed teaching.(3).The blended teaching based on the Tik Tok platform can effectively stimulate the students’ learning motivation,and the Tik Tok platform is attractive,interesting and practical.While helping students improve their skills,it can also enhance their motivation to learn.Therefore,the blended teaching of Tik Tok platform is better than traditional teaching in improving students’ learning motivation.
