College volleyball teaching due to the shorter hours, the traditional teaching ideas and methods are difficult to within the limited hours achieved good teaching effect. This paper envisages the special physical characteristics of different volleyball sphere, the game teaching method, different rules of teaching methods, establish the basic skills of volleyball to difficulty of teaching mode and rich in volleyball teaching ideas and methods, in order to improve the quality of teaching volleyball course, make students willing to learn, happy to learn, enjoy learning environment accept this stage should be to master the knowledge and skills, naturally the teaching quality up to a certain height, get rid of the teachers for students who are tired and don't know where to start trouble.The Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities in 2014 a physical education class and social sports two compulsory class a total of 80 students as the object of study, a total of 72 hours. Mainly uses the literature material law, the expert interview method, the contrast experiment method, the logic analysis method and the mathematical statistics method to carry on the development. The basic technology to difficulty of teaching mode applied to the ordinary university volleyball general course teaching, to verify this mode of teaching in ordinary university volleyball general course can can not reach the anticipated requirements. Through detailed exploration and research mainly Gas Volleyball, soft volleyball and hard volleyball in learning the advantages of combined to use in the basic techniques of volleyball, easier to accept the high difficulty of technology, students weariness feeling will be weakened, which will greatly improve the quality of class to ensure teachers in lesson preparation content orderly.The results of this study are: first, after the experiment in the experimental class and control class of basic technical comparison, the experimental class and control class students' basic skills in passing and digging the contrast analysis revealed significant changes serving and spiking two technical level has no significant difference; the second, to the difficulty of teaching and the conventional teaching mode of students' physical quality level effect is small. Third, to difficulty of teaching mode is the different physical properties of the sphere is divided into multiple stages of teaching, on the side of the students, to students and more stimulation, learning content more deeply changeable, for teachers, through the characteristics of different sphere to for a basic technology of to the difficulty of teaching, the teaching effect is better, students learn more interested.The research significance is reflected in, through the investigation and study to use effective method to solve the problem of students in the classroom, so as to improve the quality of the classroom. The difficulty of teaching in ordinary university volleyball skill teaching in the course of the study, put forward the conclusions and recommendations. Due to the influence of the experimental time and the conditions, the related problems need to be further studied.
