Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To study the intervention of yoga and Pilates on the lumbar muscle strain of female college students, and to explore the improvement effect of yoga and Pilates on patients with psoas muscle strain,in order to provide a reasonable rehabilitation program for patients with psoas muscle strain,to provide a scientific theoretical basis for yoga and Pilates training to intervene in psoas muscle strain, and to provide strong support for the promotion of sports rehabilitation.Test subjects: 45 subjects were recruited from Xi’an Institute of Physical Education, and according to the diagnostic criteria,15 people who did not meet the conditions were excluded, and the remaining30 subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups: yoga group,Pilates group and control group 10 people each. Methods: The Pilates group intervened through Pilates training method, the yoga group intervened through yoga practice, and the control group did not intervene, and the data of the subjects before the intervention and after 9 weeks of intervention were evaluated based on the oswetry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),the visual simulation scale of pain degree(VAS),the range of motion in all directions of the lumbar spine, the maximum dorsal muscle strength in all directions of the lumbar spine, and the static fatigue degree in all directions of the lumbar spine.Results:(1)After 9 weeks of intervention, the VAS score of Pilates group and yoga group decreased significantly compared with that before intervention(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the VAS score of the control group(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group, there was a very significant difference between the yoga group and the control group(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the Pilates group and the yoga group(P > 0.05);(2)After 9 weeks of intervention, oswetry dysfunction index in Pilates group and yoga group decreased significantly compared with that before intervention(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between Pilates group and control group, yoga group and control group(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference between Pilates group and yoga group(P > 0.05)(3)After 9 weeks of intervention, the range of motion of lumbar joints in Pilates group and yoga group increased significantly compared with that before intervention(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between Pilates group and control group, yoga group and control group(P < 0.01);Compared with yoga group, the intervention effect of yoga group was better than that of Pilates group(P < 0.05);(4)After 9 weeks of intervention, the muscle endurance in all directions of lumbar joint in Pilates group and yoga group increased significantly compared with that before intervention(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group, there was a very significant difference between the Pilates group and the yoga group(P < 0.01);Compared with yoga group, the intervention effect of yoga group was better than that of Pilates group(P < 0.05)(5)After 9 weeks of the intervention, the static fatigue in the lumbar spine increased significantly compared with before the intervention, with very significant differences(P <0.01),but no significant difference in the control group(P> 0.05).Compared to the Pilates group, the yoga group compared with the controls(P <0.01),and the intervention effect was better than the Pilates group(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yoga and Pilates can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with psoas muscle strain;(2)Yoga and Pilates intervention can improve the subject’s joint mobility very well;(3)Yoga and Pilates intervention can improve the subject’s lumbar muscle strength, thereby improving the stability of the lumbar joint;(4)Yoga and Pilates intervention have greatly improved the endurance of the lumbar muscle muscles of female college students with lumbar muscle strain.
