Lumbar muscle strain before the interventi on group and the control group average 4.93 supine abdominal volume / minute, the d ifference was significant, while kneeling before the clamp arm push-ups and regular i ntervention group mean 3.20 / minute comparison Despite significant differences, but the waist muscle strength significantly enhanced.(3) Balance test with eyes closed on e leg muscle strain group index increased from pre-intervention mean 7.31 s to 10.1s, balance has improved remarkably, and the difference is remarkable. Lumbar muscle st rain before the intervention group patients and normal mean 11.82 s comparison, altho ugh there are differences, but the difference was not significant.(4) Muscle strain gro up 50% of the subjects felt pain improved significantly, 35% of the subjects felt pain improved. Subjects in the control group, 75% of subjects were physical in varying deg rees, compared to the previous improved.Conclusion:(1) Normal group and the intervention group muscle strain after trai ning flexibility are improved, suggesting that yoga exercise can effectively improve th e flexibility of the exerciser:(2) Yoga for women have great strength muscular endura nce improvement:(3) Through yoga exercise can enhance the normal female and fem ale muscle strain balance:(4) Can effectively relieve pain muscle strain female yoga i ntervention by a period of training.
