Research On Muscle Strength Characteristics Of Elite Female Weightlifters In Shaanxi Province

Research Objectives: Shaanxi province outstanding female weightlifting athletes in order to analysis the characteristics of the joints,muscle strength,diagnostic subjects knee,hip muscles and lower back muscles in peacetime strength training is insufficient,explore the training method of weightlifting athletes special forces,as to provide theoretical basis for scientific training,to prevent joint damage athletes,enhance related joint muscle strength,improve the special performance so as to enhance the competitive level of women’s weightlifting athletes in our province,in2021,the 14 th national games get good grades.Methods: using the isokinetic muscle testing method,this study developed by D& R in Germany Iso Med 2000 isokinetic muscle strength test training system,the system test speed range between 0-560 °/s,three outstanding female weightlifting athletes in shaanxi province of knee,hip and back muscles to different angular velocity of the isokinetic muscle testing,analysis of the peak torque(PT),relative peak torque(PT/BW),the peak torque than flexor,opposite side muscle group with the same ratio(PTR),and other indicators.Excel and SPSS17 statistical software were used to analyze the measured data of athletes,and the muscle strength of related joint muscle groups was analyzed.According to the test results,communicate with coaches and analyze,develop training plans,and carry out specific strength training,special auxiliary training and strength training of large muscle groups.Finally,an isokinetic muscle strength test was conducted to compare the similarities and differences between the two tests,analyze the test results and give suggestions.Results show that:(1)in Shanxi Province outstanding female athletes jean,to Gao Dan,Tan Shifen,knee、hip muscles and lower back muscles better explosive force,with the increase of velocity(60°/s-240°/s),expand mode of relative peak torque in decline,the knee joint muscle peaks 20% lower torque values to Gao Dan jean reduced by 19%,9% lower Tan Shifen;The relative peak torque of hip joint muscle group decreased by 13% in Gao Dan,11% in Xiang Qiuxiang,and only remained unchanged in Tan Shifen.The relative peak torque of lumbar and dorsal muscles decreased by 19% Tan Shifen,13% Gao Dan and 12% Xiang Qiu Xiang.(2)After training,the ratio difference of the heteroseponym muscles of knee joint and hip joint of the three subjects was less than 20%.The ratio difference of the heteroseponym muscles of knee joint was 10.9% for Gao Dan,12.9% for Xiang Qiuxiang and 2.2% for Tan Shifen.The muscle groups of the hip joint were 0.57%,7.2%,8.2%,respectively.The control of the difference of the same name muscle ratio on the opposite side was less than 10%,which could effectively reduce the sports injury caused by the imbalance of forces on both sides.(3)After training,the ratio of antagonistic muscles to active muscles in the knee joint,hip joint and lsodorsal muscles of the three subjects was 36.2%-64%.There was an imbalance in the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee joint,hip joint and lsodorsal muscles of the three subjects,and this imbalance increased significantly with the increase of exercise speed.(4)For the strength problem existing in Shaanxi Province elite female athletes,special technical training,special auxiliary training,large muscle group training and other training methods can be adopted to improve and enhance the athletic ability of athletes.Compared with the peak torque before training,Tan Shifen increased by 13%,Gao Dan increased by 10% and Xiang Qiuxiang increased by 5%.The peak torque of hip joint muscle group increased by 7% in Gao Dan,6% in Tan Shifen and 8% in Qiu Xiang.The peak torques of lumbar and dorsal muscles increased by 6.7% in Gao Dan,11% in Tan Shifen and 7.7% in Xiang Qiuxiang.Suggestions:(1)Gao Dan: strengthen the exercise of explosive force of joint muscle group,increase the strength training of the knee and hip joint of the non-dominant leg;Increase knee flexor strength exercises;Increase the strength training of the lumbar and dorsal flexors.(2)Tan Shifen: Pay attention to the improvement of absolute strength of lower extremity knee joint and hip joint;Pay attention to strengthening the right hip flexor and extensor muscle training;Improve the absolute strength of low back muscles.(3)Xiang Qiuxiang: increase the strength training of lower extremity knee joint muscle group and hip joint muscle group during rapid movement,and increase the training of explosive force.
