Purpose:Teenagers are in the growth phase. Their vertebras are growing and the shapes are probable to change. Strength endurance of lumbar muscles and the symmetry of lumbar bilateral muscle is very important for teenagers’physical development. In this paper, we explore a method to test and evaluate the strength endurance of lumbar muscle and left/right side symmetry in Teenagers, and provide a method to the people’s physique monitoring and monitoring of students’ physical strength endurance tests in the lumbar muscles.Method:choose50boys and50girls in Junior middle school, and50boys and50girls in high school. Make the subjects do Biering-Sorensen testing, record the endurance time and EMG signal of erector spine and m. multisided with ME6000Surface EMG. Got a index in test and evaluate the strength endurance of lumbar muscle and left/right side symmetry in Teenagers. Divide the level of strength endurance in lumbar muscles and asymmetry with the deviation method. Measure the strength in back and the strength of left hand and right hand and compare their correlation with the strength endurance of lumbar muscle and left/right side symmetry in Teenagers.Results:1.In B-S test, erector spine and m.multifidus’mobilization ratio is between40%MVC to60%MVC in all students. MPFslope of each group are decline consistency over time, and there is a significant relationship between them:R<-0.97(P<0.01);SlopMPF mean difference test of the two repetitive strength of back muscle endurance measurement:P>0.05, intraclass correlation coefficient:ICC>0.80, significance value of ICC test:P<0.01;2. Boys and girls in the high school, lumbar muscular relatively strength endurance is very significant difference compared to boys and girls in the junior high school respectively (P<0.01); the high schoolboys’lumbar symmetry is significant higher compared to grils;3. The test results of teenagers lumbar muscular relatively strength endurance and symmetry showed that a normal distribution, which can use the deviation method to grade;4. The endurance time and the waist strength endurance index v has significant correlation,0.744<r<0.828(P< 0.01);however, endurance time and and the waist strength index of symmetry in left/right side has no significant correlation; Back strength and lumbar muscular relatively strength endurance has little significant correlation; hand strength difference of left and right hand and lumbar symmetry has little significant correlation.Conclusions:1. This method is feasible;2. The method proposed by this paper maintain good distinctiveness in evaluating the endurance of lumbar muscle strength in teenagers; we developed the evaluation standard system for testing the symmetry and left-right side symmetry in the endurance of strength of teenagers’lumbar muscle;3. Besides, maintaining a certain time period of the modification version of B-S action can reflect the endurance of strength in teenager’s lumbar muscle in some extent, however, it cannot indicate the symmetry of the relatively strength endurance in lumbar muscle; The muscle strength tests cannot be replaced by back force. The different strength between right and left hand cannot replace the test of left-right side symmetry in the endurance of strength in lumbar muscle;...
