| Research Objective:This study conducted a teaching research on the volleyball option class students in Grade two of Changzhou No.5 Middle School through dynamic stratification teaching method,and explored the influence of dynamic stratification teaching method on students’ physical fitness,volleyball passing and pad passing techniques,and sports learning attitude,so as to improve students’ grasp of basic volleyball techniques and promote students’physical and mental health.At the same time,it provides theoretical reference for more indepth and extensive research on the dynamic stratification teaching method in volleyball teaching.This paper proposes the plan and design of the dynamic stratification teaching method in volleyball teaching,and provides reference for the application of the dynamic stratification teaching method in other sports and subject teaching.It provides some reference value for schools and other education departments to improve students’ physical quality level and correct students’ learning attitude towards physical education.Research methods:This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to study the influence of dynamic stratified teaching method on the physical quality,volleyball passing and cushion skills,and sports learning attitude of high school girls in Changzhou No.5 Middle School.Before the experiment,the students of the two volleyball option classes were tested for homogeneity and randomly divided into dynamic stratified teaching class and conventional teaching class.The students of dynamic stratified teaching class were stratified by referring to the expert opinions,and the teaching scheme was designed.After 12 weeks of teaching,SPSS26.0 was used to conduct independent sample T test and repeated measurement analysis of variance to analyze the influence of dynamic stratified teaching method on physical fitness,volleyball passing and pad passing skills,and sports learning attitude of high school female volleyball students before and after the experiment.Research conclusions:(1)Both dynamic stratified teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students’ physical fitness level.Compared with traditional teaching method,dynamic stratified teaching method has a significant improvement in standing long jump quality level,but has no significant difference in 50m,800m and sit-up quality level.Dynamic stratified teaching method has a greater improvement in students’physical fitness level.(2)Both dynamic stratified teaching method and traditional teaching method have significantly improved students’ technical level of volleyball passing and ball passing.Moreover,students in dynamic stratified teaching class have better performance in passing and ball passing test than traditional teaching class.Therefore,compared with traditional teaching method,dynamic stratified teaching method has more advantages in improving students’ level of volleyball passing and ball passing.(3)The dynamic stratified teaching method has a positive effect on the overall level of sports learning attitude of high school girls in optional volleyball class,and the overall level of sports learning attitude of students in dynamic stratified teaching class is significantly improved compared with the traditional teaching class.Among them,interest and participation dimension,learning style dimension,dynamic stratified teaching class compared to the traditional teaching class has a significant difference in the improvement range,the classroom performance dimension has no significant difference.Suggestions:(1)When adopting dynamic stratified teaching method and stratified teaching,it is necessary to make reasonable stratification and adjustment according to the learning situation.In the teaching process,it is necessary to always pay attention to the changes of students’ emotions and psychology,so as to avoid students’ frustration and boredom or negative learning attitude.It is necessary to make good use of language incentives,give students confidence and fighting power,and create a benign competitive atmosphere.(2)A certain amount of physical reserve is the basis of volleyball pad passing practice.In the teaching process,it is necessary to increase students’ physical exercise,improve their physical quality level,and provide physical support for volleyball technical practice.(3)The dynamic stratified teaching method has achieved excellent results in the teaching of optional volleyball classes for high school girls,improving students’ attitude towards sports learning.It is suggested that the experimental objects can be added to male students and other students at the horizontal level,so as to continuously improve,perfect and enrich the experimental objects of dynamic stratified teaching method to explore its influence on them.(4)Flexible use of teaching methods is an effective way to achieve teaching objectives.Teachers should actively explore and learn advanced teaching methods,improve their own teaching level,flexibly adopt appropriate teaching methods and means according to the actual situation in the teaching process,and truly practice the education concept of student-centered and student-oriented. |
