With the rapid development of my country’s social economy,the adjustment of the economic structure has been promoted,the innovation of the talent demand standards of enterprises has been forced,and the optimization of the talent training model has been triggered.Vocational education is an important part of cultivating practical and skilled talents in my country.In order to adapt to the development needs of social enterprises under the new technology,new model and new business situation,in response to the national vocational education reform plan,appropriate educational concepts have been introduced to reform secondary vocational education courses.Teaching,exporting high-quality and technically skilled talents to provide high-quality human resources for the country is an urgent need.Talent training and course teaching based on the perspective of results-oriented,based on talent needs,results-oriented,emphasizing ability training,and embodying the student-centered education and teaching philosophy.From a macro perspective,it is not only to meet the requirements of social and economic development for talent output,but also to explore the trend of curriculum teaching reform and concept innovation under the background of implementing national vocational education policies;from a micro perspective,the implementation of curriculum teaching from the perspective of results-oriented education reflects the A student-centered,goal-oriented,ability-based,and multi-subject evaluation is combined to promote students’ continuous improvement and ultimate success in education and teaching mode.In view of this,this research takes the result-oriented perspective,selects the teaching of "Online Store Operation" in secondary vocational schools as an example,and draws on the successful experience of implementing result-oriented education at home and abroad.Through theoretical analysis and investigation of the current H school "Online Store Operation" The problems existing in the current situation of course teaching,analyze the rationality of the application of result-oriented education in the course,design the course teaching based on educational theory and teaching principles,and explore the concept of result-oriented education under the background of course teaching reform in the course "Online Store Operation" applied research in.The research process adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and other research methods,and is mainly carried out from the following seven parts:The first part: Introduction,gives an overview of the background,meaning,content and method of this study.The second part: The author analyzes the current research hotspots and trends of the concept of achievement-oriented education at home and abroad by consulting the relevant literature on achievement-oriented education at home and abroad,combined with the citespace knowledge graph measurement software,and has a clearer understanding of the implementation and application scope of the achievement-oriented education.,which lays the foundation for the following research.The third part: introduces the concept of outcome-oriented education and related theoretical analysis and overview.The fourth part: The author investigates the teaching status of "Online Store Operation" in H secondary vocational school through teacher interviews and questionnaires,and makes a theoretical analysis on the rationality of introducing result-oriented education through the survey results and combined with teaching needs.The fifth part: Design the course teaching of "Online Store Operation" from the perspective of outcome-oriented education,determine the teaching principles,define the learning outcomes,realize the learning outcomes,evaluate and apply the learning outcomes to form the teaching design with the needs analysis and course analysis as the starting point.The sixth part: According to the teaching design of "Online Store Operation",the teaching practice is carried out by "writing the title of the product" and "making the main picture of the product",and the effect is evaluated through the questionnaire survey and teacher interviews.The seventh part: summarizes the full text,finds the research deficiencies and gives an outlook.Research shows that the teaching design and application of "Online Store Operation" from the perspective of result-oriented education reflects the education and teaching concept of "student-centered,goal-oriented,and continuous improvement",so that students have more goals in learning activities.It enriches teaching methods and evaluation methods,improves students’ interest and enthusiasm for learning,provides new ideas for the optimization of secondary vocational education talent training mode,and enriches practical experience for the reform and innovation of e-commerce majors.
