With the continuous deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges is being carried out in depth.As a programmatic document of curriculum organization and implementation,curriculum standard is the premise and key factor of talent training quality,which attracts high attention of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational curriculum standards put forward the student-centered learning concept and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional ability and quality.To carry out the research of higher vocational curriculum standard is beneficial to improve the construction of higher vocational curriculum standard system,improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,provide opinions and suggestions for the theoretical construction of higher vocational curriculum reform and development,and have practical significance for training high quality technical personnel.In this paper,a large number of literature and professional works were consulted to analyze the development and use of curriculum standards at home and abroad.By means of case study,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the formulation,implementation,revision and evaluation of curriculum standards in higher vocational colleges.Focus on the investigation and analysis of 5 different levels of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province to find out the crux of the problem.Problems found in the research,such as inadequate top-level design,inadequate government supervision and coordination,backward construction concept,separation of curriculum standards from the professional world,insufficient participation of industry and enterprises,and imperfect evaluation system,were analyzed by combining questionnaire and interview.The construction of curriculum standard violates and deviates from the current situation of talent demand in the market,leading to the dislocation of curriculum standard and enterprise employment standard,so that the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality technical talents is prominent,talent training in higher vocational colleges is trapped in a "dead cycle",and the construction of curriculum standard in higher vocational colleges does not meet the requirements of higher vocational talent training objectives.At the national level the top design idea,overall planning the construction set is suitable for the characteristics of industry development course,development and industrial transformation and upgrading matching course standard demand for talent training,follow the development and change of industrial structure adjustment,establish dominated by industry,guided by the professional post,guided by the practice,in the internship practice docking curriculum standard development concept with industry enterprises.On the basis of real work tasks and work process,integrate and sequence teaching content,arrange learning work tasks scientifically,maintain the construction theory of teaching,learning and doing,integration of theory and practice,practice,experiment,practice and other teaching links closely combined.Through theoretical research and construction of curriculum standard practice analysis,this article proposed to the proactive innovation,innovation consciousness,the origin of international vision,practical skills,global competency of the talent training scheme shall be formulated by the national organization,and shall be formulated by the national organization in accordance with the standard format "rather" course standard,the establishment of national curriculum standard library and provincial curriculum standard library concept.
