Throughout the development trend of basketball games in recent years,mainly to "fast rhythm,round,long shot," the general trend of development,through access to relevant data,to participate in daily training and the professional RACES found that basketball game now because of the changing of the characteristics of the game,also corresponding to the requirement of special mobile ability enhancement,It is very important for athletes to seize ground position and air position through the fast movement of lower limbs.The special movement ability of fast and agile at the critical moment of the game largely determines the trend of the game.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,expert questionnaire,experiment,and mathematical statistics.Through the interview method and Delphi method,the basic quality test index and special movement ability test index of college basketball players are screened out,and the reinforcement training and traditional strength training movements are selected,and the training program in line with the characteristics of basketball is formulated.24 male basketball players from colleges and universities in Hebei province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for experimental intervention for 16 weeks.Other variables were strictly controlled during the experimental intervention.After the intervention for 16 weeks,the differences of test index data were compared between groups and within groups.Plyometrics through the experimental analysis of Hebei province university men’s basketball athlete special the impact of mobility,and find out the university men’s basketball athlete special mobile ability test indicators,preliminary reinforcement training plan formulation,analysis of plyometrics and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional strength training,basketball training in colleges and universities in Hebei province to provide theoretical reference for the future.Through experimental research,data collection and statistical analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)After 16 weeks of enhanced training intervention,from the comparison of experimental data before and after,it can be seen that the test index performance of the experimental group has been significantly improved,and the movement speed of the athletes has been greatly improved.(2)After 16 weeks of traditional strength training intervention,it can be seen from the comparison of the data of the control group that the 11 test indicators of the control group have improved to varying degrees,in line with the law of exercise,but the extent of improvement in the control group is generally lower than the experimental group.(3)The two groups of athletes through different training intervention,and the analysis of the relevant data obtained after the experiment,it shows that the independent variable selected in the experiment,namely the training index of the special movement ability of male basketball players in colleges is appropriate,this method can effectively improve the special movement ability of male basketball players in colleges;The relevant test indexes(dependent variables)selected for enhancement training effect are relatively representative,which can test whether enhancement training has a good intervention effect on special mobility ability.(4)After 16 weeks of intensive training intervention,the data of the two groups were analyzed.Combined with the growth rate,the experimental group was better than the control group,indicating that the enhancement training was better than the traditional strength training in the improvement of special movement ability.Especially in high-speed movement,the improvement of special movement ability such as emergency stop and emergency start,turning and direction change,multi-directional movement,the connection of footwork movement and low center of gravity fast sliding step is more significant. |
