Basketball is a sport full of infinite charm. It is one of the most popular sports in the world, not only because of its strong ornamental value, but also because of its fierce antagonism, teamwork and so on.The excellent performance of the players on the basketball court is closely related to their daily hard training.Basketball is a sport for the purpose of shooting, and there are many ways to shoot: jump shot,three-step layup, throw, dunk and so on.Of the common ways to score in the game are mostly jumper, jumper athletes need to have a good control ability,we found that the strength training related literatures more research on the influence of the shooting,so this paper mainly by using multidimensional progressive resistance training on the basis of strength training intervention training of athletes,in order to verify whether this training method has a better effect on their shots. This paper combines multi-dimensional progressive resistance training with strength training, designs and formulates a training plan suitable for college students majoring in basketball.Through a 16-week experiment,it studies the effect of multi-dimensional progressive resistance training on basketball training and the impact on the shooting percentage of college students majoring in basketball.Experiment select 20 sports college basketball players of the capital before the secondary basketball player as the subjects, and put them in random distribution, each a set of 10 people, divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group with strength training, the experimental group on the basis of strength training intervention using multidimensional progressive resistance training, before the trial use of static posture control test-plantar pressure test,in-situ vertical jump high touch,3/4 venue sprints,timing(1 minute)jumpers,fixed-point jumper and dribble stopped in six kinds of methods,The athletes in the experimental group and the control group were tested on body posture, explosive power, moving speed and shooting percentage. After the experiment, all the athletes were tested by the same test method. The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.According to the analysis of the data results after the experiment, compared with the general strength training,it is found that the multi-dimensional progressive resistance training leads to the improvement of posture control ability, and has a significant difference in the influence on the explosive force and moving speed of the basketball students.2.After 16 weeks of training,it has a certain influence on the shooting stability of the basketball students.Through data analysis and comparison,it is found that the shooting percentage of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment has been correspondingly improved compared with that before the experiment.3.After 16 weeks of training, both the experimental group and the control group have improved in the percentage of fixed-point jump shot. However, the fixed-point jump shot percentage of the experimental group is obviously better than that of the control group,so the impact of multi-dimensional progressive resistance training on the percentage of fixed-point jump shot is more significant.4.According to the experimental study,multi-dimensional progressive resistance training has a more significant effect on postural stability, especially on the stability of air balance ability.Air balance ability will improve the stability of jump shot,so it has a more significant effect on the hit ratio of timing jump shot and dribble quick stop jump shot.
