In recent years,the incidence of scoliosis has been relatively high,and the age of the onset group has gradually become younger,especially among college students.The damage of these diseases to human health is manifested in many aspects.For college students,it will have a serious impact on many aspects such as daily study,daily life and sports,and the causes of their onset are very diverse.Poor posture is a common cause.,so it needs to be given great attention.Judging from the current basic situation,the academic community has launched a systematic and comprehensive exploration and analysis of C-type scoliosis caused by poor posture.In order to allow the college students with C-type scoliosis to correct and treat them more scientifically and conveniently,and to verify the corrective effect of Pilates training,the experimental subjects of this study were selected from 28 C-type scoliosis patients in Jilin University.The subjects were divided into a Pilates training group and a Schroth exercise group for 12 weeks,3 times a week,each 60 minutes of exercise intervention,and the final evaluation of Pilates training on the correction of type C scoliosis Effect.The results of the study showed that:(1)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the Pilates training group and the Schroth exercise group had significant effects on improving the scoliosis degree of C-type scoliosis college students(P<0.01).The improvement effect of Pilates training group on the Cobb angle of thoracic spine had a very significant advantage compared with Schroth training group(P<0.01).(2)The pain in the waist,chest,back,and neck of the Pilates training group was significantly improved(P<0.01).The comparison between groups showed that the Pilates training group had a better effect on spinal and neck pain.The improvement effect has a very significant advantage compared with the Schroth exercise group(P<0.01).(3)The height difference data of the left and right shoulders of the scoliosis students in the Pilates training group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),indicating that the subjects’ height and low shoulder problems were significantly improved.However,the improvement effect of Pilates training on hip balance is not obvious.(4)The range of lumbar flexion,lumbar extension,right lumbar flexion,thoracic flexion,and thoracic left rotation in the Pilates training group improved most significantly(P<0.01).The improvement effect of training on lumbar flexion and extension range of motion and thoracic spine flexion range of motion in C-type scoliosis students was significantly better than that in the Schroth exercise group(P<0.01).(5)The upper abdominal muscle strength,lower abdominal muscle strength,trunk extension muscle strength,and internal and external oblique muscle(right)muscle strength in the Pilates training group were significantly enhanced(P<0.01).And the strengthening effect of internal and external oblique muscle(right)was significantly higher than that of Schroth exercise group(P<0.05). |
