| One of the most popular sports in the world is soccer.Because of the difficult movements and high technical requirements of the game of soccer, players are often in a state of one-legged support when doing various technical movements,so their own balance ability is crucial.Related research shows that Pilates training,as an efficient body control training system, has been gradually extended from the medical field to the field of competitive sports in recent years, and is mostly used in athletes’ balance and core strength training, and its application in gymnastics, dance, small ball sports and sports rehabilitation has been highly recognized. However, there is still a gap in the research on Pilates training methods in soccer and other competitive sports. The objective of this study is to support pilates training methods in the training of competitive sports in the same field of opposing skills by providing theoretical basis and data;furthermore,to provide scientific training methods and methods for the training of athletes’ body balance, and to establish relevant guidance programs for experts, scholars and coaches to implement scientific training and develop sports training programs. In this paper, the literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire method, experimental method, mathematical and statistical, selected 20 national level athletes of South China University of Technology men’s high-level soccer sports team as experimental subjects, the groups were divided into a experimental group(n=10)and a comparison group(n=10),The Pilates training intervention was carried out on the experimental group of players, while the core training of the control group of players was carried out by traditional exercises. After a ten-week intervention experiment, the experimental group and the control group were tested before and after the experiment for the closed-eye single-leg stance index and the star offset balance index(SEBT).After software statistics and analysis, the results were as follows:1.Pilates training can significantly improve the body balance ability of high-level soccer players. It was found that, compared to traditional core training,Pilates training had a highly significant(P≤0.01)increase in the closed-eye single-leg stance index for collegiate high-level soccer players, and the star-shift balance test index was highly significant(P≤0.01)in the anterior(ANT),external anterior(ALAT),external(LAT),external posterior(PLAT),posterior(POST),internal posterior(PMED),internal(MED),and internal anterior(AMED)were highly significant(p ≤ 0.01)for increases in all eight directions;2.Pilates training has a positive effect on improving athletes’ training enthusiasm and initiative.Pilates as a new core training method, the novel training movements and training methods can improve the enthusiasm of athletes and enrich their knowledge base;3.Systematic and scientific establishment of Pilates training programs should be combined with the characteristics of soccer training. The training cycle of soccer training as well as the tasks, goals and contents of each training session are different and characterized by periodicity, comprehensiveness and diversity;4.Pilates training reduces the risk of sports injuries to a certain extent.Experimental studies have shown that Pilates training can activate the core muscle groups and deep small muscle groups, mobilize athletes’ enthusiasm for training, improve athletes’ training concentration, and reduce sports injuries brought about by training and competition to a certain extent by putting Pilates training in the preparation activities part of each training. |
